相次ぐ強盗事件…特徴と対策は？ 元刑事が語る「詐欺グループ」と「闇バイト」
全国各地で発生している一連の強盗事件で、それぞれのつながりも少しずつ明らかになってきました。元刑事にその手口の特徴と対策について話を聞きました。
1月19日、狛江市駒井町の住宅で大塩衣與さん（90）が暴行を受けて両手を縛られた状態で死亡しているのが見つかった強盗殺人事件では室内は広く荒らされていて、少なくとも4人が侵入したことが確認されています。
2022年の12月5日には中野区上高田の住宅で現金およそ3000万円が奪われる強盗傷害事件が起きています。この事件で逮捕された永田陸人容疑者（21）の使用していたレンタカーが狛江市の事件現場付近で防犯カメラに写っていて、2つの事件が関連しているとみられています。さらに、2022年10月に稲城市で現金3500万円などが奪われた事件で警視庁は男7人を逮捕していて、この事件で逮捕された大古健太郎容疑者（33）ら2人が中野区の事件に関与していることが分かっています。
少しずつつながりが明らかになってきた一連の強盗事件について、警視庁元刑事の吉川祐二さんはその背景に特殊詐欺グループの存在を指摘します。吉川さんは「今回の犯罪は数年前から横行している特殊詐欺グループがそのまま移行してきていることが考えられる。特殊詐欺は警察の啓蒙（けいもう）活動など、犯行者側から見たらやりにくくなってきている。であれば、手っ取り早く現金を奪い取ってしまえという考えに移ってきている」と指摘します。ただ、吉川さんは一連の犯行から犯人の「ずさんさ」を感じると話します。吉川さんは「例えば逃げる時、防犯カメラに写り込んでしまったり、逃走で使った車の中に証拠品を残していたり、現場でも足跡を残している。そのことから考えても犯罪に慣れていない集団の可能性が高い」と分析します。
実行犯たちはSNSのいわゆる「闇バイト」の募集によって集められた可能性がありますが、このことについては「表現としてただ『高額収入』という名目で募る。指示役やその上の者からすれば、実行犯が逮捕されようが一切構わない。日当10万円、場合によっては100万円といった日当を提示してくるが、そんなおいしい話は世の中にない。犯罪を犯した場合、いつか捕まる。刑務所で暮らさなければならないということを強く伝える必要がある」と警告しています。
＜相次ぐ強盗事件 被害に遭わないために…＞
全国で10件以上発生している一連のグループの犯行とみられる強盗事件について、被害に遭わないために普段からできる防犯のための対策を元刑事の吉川さんに聞きました。
吉川さんによりますと、普段からできる対策の1つは「家の中に入れない」ことです。その中でまず、不用意にドアを開けないことが重要だと吉川さんは話します。今回の一連の強盗事件では宅配業者を装った犯人たちがインターホンを押して玄関から侵入しているものも見受けられます。今は玄関の前に郵便物を置いてもらう「置き配」や宅配ボックスなどもあるので、それらをうまく利用してドアを不用意に開けないことを心がけましょう。
そして次に「防犯カメラの設置」です。防犯カメラを誰からも見えるような状態で設置し、防犯対策をしっかりしているアピールをして、犯罪者に二の足を踏ませることが大切だということです。また犯罪者は急な光や音に弱いため、人感センサーによる光と音が出る装置も有効だと吉川さんは話します。そして、対策の2つ目は「犯罪者に手間をかけさせる」ことです。家の中に侵入しようとする時にドアに2個の鍵をかけておくこと（「ワンドア・ツーロック」）や窓に防犯フィルムを張って割れにくくしておくことで、少しでも手間がかかり時間もかかるので、侵入を諦める犯罪者もいるということです。
被害に遭わないためにも普段から防犯の意識を持っておくことが大切です。
